What you need
We keep the barrier low so great tutors can start earning quickly. Here is what you need before you apply.
- A Leaving Cert qualification or higher in the subjects you want to teach
- A valid email address and a Stripe-supported bank account in Ireland
- A quiet, reliable space for online lessons (if offering online grinds)
- Garda vetting is recommended for in-person sessions
Fees at a glance
Stripe may charge a small processing fee on card payments. This is deducted before the platform fee.
“I made more in my first month on GrindTree than three months at a grind school — and I set my own hours.”
— Sarah M., Maths tutor from Cork
